Contact Us
Tell us what is happening and we will take it from there. The form below reaches the crew directly.
How to reach us
You can reach us through the form on this site or by calling (770) 430-3463. Both routes reach the same crew, and both are treated the same way: your message is read, your problem is understood as far as your description allows, and you hear back with a plan rather than a generic acknowledgment. If a tank is leaking, say so first in whichever route you use, so we can prioritize accordingly.
We serve Woodstock in Cherokee County, our home base, and Cumming in Forsyth County, our footprint market, plus the neighborhoods on our areas page. If you are outside the places on our areas page, tell us anyway and we will say plainly whether we can help, rather than leaving you guessing. We do not do plumbing work beyond water heaters, so if your problem sits outside that scope, we will tell you that honestly instead of taking a job we are not sharp on.

What to include in your message
The more specific your message, the faster we can help, and the more accurate the first conversation will be. Start with which town you are in and which service you need: a water heater install or replacement, a tankless question, or a repair. Then describe the symptom in concrete terms. Which fixtures are affected? How long has the problem been building? Has it happened before, and what was done last time? That history often points straight at the cause, and it changes what we bring and where we start.
For water heater work, a photo of the current unit's label helps more than any description, because the model and capacity are right there on it. Tell us what fuel it uses, where it sits, and how your household uses hot water at its busiest: who showers when, and what else runs at the same time. That detail is what turns a first conversation into a correct size.
You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself before contacting us. Describing what you see is enough. A tank that rumbles, a tank that delivers rusty water, or a tank that runs out during the morning rush is a description, not a diagnosis, and it tells us a great deal. Describe, and we will do the diagnosing.
What happens after you get in touch
After your message or call, we confirm the problem as you described it, ask any follow-up questions that change the plan, and agree on a visit. We will tell you honestly what to expect on timing, including what to do while you wait if a tank is leaking. Stop using hot water if a tank leak is active. Those two steps prevent a bad situation from getting worse while the crew is on the way.
On arrival, the technician looks before recommending. For water heaters, that means looking at the unit, the connections, the venting path, and the gas or electric supply before recommending a size or a swap. You will get upfront pricing before work starts, for a defined scope: which unit, which size, which venting plan, which disposal plan, and which warranty terms. If the scope changes because we find something new, you hear about the change before we do the extra work, not after.
After the work, we test before we leave. A new water heater is tested at a fixture, with temperature confirmed and every joint checked for leaks under pressure. The work area is left clean, and an old unit is removed as part of the job where that applies. You will also hear what to watch for afterward: what normal looks like, what would be a reason to call back, and what maintenance helps the fix last, such as sediment flushing and anode rod checks for a tank, or descaling for a tankless unit.

Before you send a request, it helps to see the jobs the crew actually takes. Heater installation and replacement cover sizing, venting, and the honest repair-or-replace verdict. Tankless covers endless hot water from a wall unit, when the house allows it. Repair covers the part-level fix for a sound tank, decided by testing. The pages below describe each one, so the message you send names the right job. Naming the right job in your message helps the crew reply with a plan instead of a round of clarifying questions. Each one is written plainly, so you can check it matches what you see at home.

The form above reaches the crew directly; the next pages help while you wait. The services page gathers all four services, so a request can be matched to the right job before it is sent. The areas page confirms every place we serve and how each is served. The cost guide explains what drives a price, and the FAQs answer the timing and urgency questions that usually come with a first message. If the problem is urgent, say so first in your message, and the crew will treat it that way.
